Getting Started

There are three ways to sign up for Syriana ERP SaaS. Pick the one that matches how you arrived here:

1. Direct sign-up (most common)

1. Go to /saas/pricing and pick a plan.
2. Click Start Free → fill name, email, password.
3. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to confirm.
4. You land on the portal with a 14-day free trial — no card needed.
5. When you're ready, pay via Stripe from the Billing page and your subscription turns active automatically.

Tip: You can explore every feature during the trial. Nothing is locked.

2. Via Microsoft Marketplace

If you prefer to have all your cloud bills on one Microsoft invoice:

1. Find Syriana ERP on Azure Marketplace or AppSource.
2. Pick a plan and click Subscribe — Microsoft handles payment.
3. After purchase, click Configure account — Microsoft hands you off to our activation page with your details pre-filled.
4. Choose a password, confirm, and your instance is provisioned instantly.

Billing, tax and cancellation for Marketplace subscriptions live inside your Microsoft account — we only provision and operate the software.

3. Invited as a team member

Your admin can invite you directly:

1. Open the invitation email and click Accept invitation.
2. Set your password on the landing page.
3. You immediately have access to the shared instance with the role your admin assigned (User, Manager, or Admin).

No separate subscription is created — you use the team's existing plan.

What you get out of the box

• One isolated database per instance (your data is never mixed with anyone else's).
• A pre-branded login URL of the form https://your-company-123.sy-ft.net.
• All Odoo Community apps enabled (Sales, Invoicing, Inventory, CRM, HR, Projects, Website, POS, and many more).
• Daily backups retained for 30 days.
• Free SSL certificate on every custom domain you connect.
