1. Acceptance

By using the Syriana ERP SaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Syriana ERP provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform built on Odoo 19 Community Edition. The service includes dedicated database hosting, automated backups, technical support, and security updates.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing & Payment

Fees are calculated based on the selected plan (monthly or yearly). Selected plans may include a free trial period. After any trial period ends, charges are applied automatically unless the subscription is cancelled.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data is fully owned by you. We provide daily backups and SSL encryption. You can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will remain available for 30 days before permanent deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Syriana ERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
